From a platform in leasing, I have built a career as a high energy real estate negotiator, with compelling knowledge of financial transactions, development management and property operations. Having successfully delivered four developments in four countries, I have built a holistic understanding of the process, challenges and success criteria required to deal at the highest level across a range of markets and asset classes. After completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Property Economics, I began my career as a Leasing Executive with Lend Lease in Australia, where I was accountable for the income of a number of large scale retail assets. After relocating to London, I was appointed to the role of Leasing Manager, where I delivered countless retail deals for several world renowned shopping centres, including Europe’s most awarded retail mall, Bluewater. I was then transferred with Lend Lease to Asia to deliver the leasing for 313@somerset, a $1b retail destination on Orchard Road in Singapore, and Setia City Mall, Lend Lease’s first investment in the dynamic Malaysian market. Both malls were 100% leased ahead of opening. Over the last 3 years I have led the negotiations on several of large mixed-use real estate deals and continue to be instrumental in securing a multi-billion dollar pipeline for the company.
