ZADU.services or ZK Housing, LLC is a construction company focused on building ADUs, coating Polyurea, and spraying open and closed-cell spray foam.

We are using new technology to change the way we build structures. These buildings are amazingly strong, super energy efficient, and will become the new way to build in the future.

We sell products, talk about running, and simply enjoy what we're passionate about!

We started this alliance to create a public-private relationship with business and government. We have been able to start a Business Expansion and Retention (BEAR) program, helped facilitate the newly created Box Elder Business Resource Center (BRC), and held two Box Elder Economic Development Summits. We meet once a month on the first Thursday of every month, 7:30am at the USU Brigham City Campus in room #164.

Encourage economic development through the growth of new businesses, expansion and retention of existing businesses, and recruiting businesses into the Box Elder County.

We formed the non-profit to help formalize our efforts to coordinate the public and private entities within the Box Elder County (Utah).

We meet every Friday at Noon pm in room #208 at the Utah State University Brigham City campus helping entrepreneurs or potential entrepreneurs frame their business idea(s) and work on the Business Model Canvas. We also network together to help each other succeed. There are also locations in Kaysville, Sandy, Ogden, Park City, and Orem, Utah. During my time as a Council Member I oversaw the Planning Commission, Parks and Recreation, & Water Departments. I also oversaw the 4th of July Celebration in 2008 and 2009. I enjoyed serving my community and would do it again, if the time was right.
