I work with business analysts and developers to iterate on designs so that we reach the goal of zero training for our end-users. As well as creating new features, I log design styles into our style definition library in order to maintain a consistency with developers and design teams. I conduct user testing with existing and potential customers to validate new features that will be in development. I also work with our sales force to communicate our design process to potential customers and present any mockups that assist in their processes. -
