In 2022, I assisted Vic Roy with transitioning his Private Wealth business to Morgan Stanley. This business consisted of a multi-family office approach with an average client net worth of $50M+. We also continued our initiative in Exit Planing towards the SMB/MMB space by advising on multiple eight and nine figure exits. This clearly led to a deep focus on estate and legacy planning. Within my first few months at Morgan Stanley, I was invited to apply and ultimately accepted to be a member of the prestigious PWAA program that only accepts 10 members per cohort.During the transition to Morgan Stanley, I was able to re establish as well as enhance many of the tax optimization strategies that I deployed at UBS.

I joined Managing Director Vic Roy in 2021 as a partner to lead the strategic planning practice within his private wealth business. Within the first year on the team, I implemented multiple strategic planning initiatives that helped to boost production by 25%+ during a bear market. These strategies helped our clients to optimize their tax efficiency as well as protect their downside.They included:- Pairing direct index investing with opportunity zone funds- Security backed lending arbitrage with structured yield investments - Pre sale planning around the SALT Tax workaround among other strategies - Private foundation creation and implementation

During my time as a WPA, I worked with the top teams in the DC market to create and execute strategic planning engagements. The majority of my work was with founders planning around M&A or exit transactions. One of the teams that I worked with exclusively was The Capital ESOP Group, one of the leading advisors in the 1042 space.While in the role, I worked on billions in collective exit value where strategic planning led to tens of millions in tax optimization.

- Co-led effort to launch Nashville office that focused on building the entertainment side of the portfolio.- Identified opportunities to increase revenue intra company by connecting properties through partnership to boost ROI. - Developed, placed, and executed 5-hour ENERGY's national country music platform with anchor artist Dierks Bentley. This included nationally broadcasted television advertisements as well as a joint marketing campaign with 7/11 stores. - Created custom marketing platform for Sugarlands Distilling Co. around country music star Cole Swindell including a custom product line and royalty agreement. -Used artist/brand specific social analytic and demographic analyzation process to design and pitch partnership programs for artists such as Dierks Bentley, Cole Swindell, and Luke Combs among others. - Worked with clients and venues to create marque activation and hospitality experiences at concerts around the country to further enhance partnerships.

- Assisted The Capitol Group with their institutional consulting practice including construction of product offerings - Gained knowledge of financial planning tools and techniques notably in the executive deferred compensation space.- Worked closely with upper management to develop excel sheets and marketing tools that were used complex wide

- Researched social media tactics specifically dealing with kids club and former athletes- Developed plans for new approaches dealing with community outreach via social media

- Assisted in creation of award winning “Rock, Paper, Scissors” promotion - Work daily with photoshop in creating promotional materials - Organize halftime and in game promotions- Work in office to help create new promotions- Worked hand and hand with the Baltimore Ravens to create a dual Social Media contest to promote both the Ravens as well as Navy Athletics
