At Genuine I repositioned the agency, forging a modern strategic approach that fused brand strategy with experience design and integrated campaign work with digital development. I drove strategy for key clients including MassMutual and Wex and led successful pitches for Hood and Latham & Watkins.

At Digitas, I managed the Creative Strategy (Account Planning) Group in Boston & Detroit and pioneered the use of behavioral design techniques to drive creative campaigns, brand content, e-commerce and digital experiences for clients including Bank of America, Boston Properties, Dunkin’ Donuts, Goodyear, Buick, and Puma.

At Marketing Drive I developed all aspects of the agency’s positioning and process, strategically led all new business pitches, and drove successful campaigns for Absolut, Gillette, Duracell, Exxon-Mobile, Welch’s, Pernod-Richard and many more.

At Arnold I managed the successful growth of several key clients, including the launch of the Verizon brand and the introduction of their long distance and internet products. I helped to transform Silk Soymilk from a regional player into the category leader.

At Mullen I managed the Monster.com account and worked on the national launch of their brand during the 1999 Super Bowl. Our campaign, “When I Grow Up”, was awarded a Gold Effie for marketing effectiveness and a Silver Cannes Lion for creative excellence, and is now considered one of the greatest campaigns in advertising history.
