My role is responsible for developing, testing, installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware and software for a wide range of small to medium sized businesses.I also provide advice to business clients regarding the appropriate hardware and/or software to ensure that their IT systems meet their individual and specific requirements.As part of this process, I prepare documentation and other detailed instructions to help business and their employees make the best use of their IT.I’m committed to ongoing professional development. I ensure I remain up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools, and also attain certifications through programs offered by different software companies and vendors of IT products and services.This enables me to confidently apply and advise of new knowledge of computer technology to assist business with their IT requirements.
