Mr. Collier is the Deloitte Federal practice Lean Services and Six Sigma leader responsible for leading and coordinating LSS content, resources, and solution development across the Deloitte Federal consulting practice. Prior to this, Mr. Collier was the Defense segment Chief of Staff in the Deloitte Federal Practice and a practicing MBB supporting three Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) components and the Joint IED Defeat Organization. His primary area of responsibility was the business operation of the segment, coordinating with finance, project control, talent, and other enabling functions to ensure that the segment met established targets in business operations and designed and implemented performance measures and improvements. Mr. Collier has significant industry experience in defense and manufacturing through his employment at General Electric and Intel Corporation respectively. Mr. Collier has in excess of $100M in profit and cost avoidance through his process improvement efforts. Mr. Collier is a Deloitte-certified LSS MBB and an American Society of Quality (ASQ)-certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a Top Secret security clearance.
