Mr. Collier has a long track record of delivering results, utilizing expertise in Production Management, Human Resources, and Lean/TOC/Six-Sigma. This expertise includes, but is not limited to: production, maintenance, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma consulting, and workforce development. He has also been engaged in the academic community as a professor of Quality Systems Management teaching in a regionally accredited Masters Degree program. Mr. Collier has applied business process redesign, future state workforce analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies in both the administrative and production environments. A veteran of the US Navy’s Submarine Service with a strong background in equipment engineering maintenance, Mr. Collier also has significant career experience at Intel Corporation and General Electric Corporation fulfilling both operations management and human resource management roles.
