Upon graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Wildlife Conservation Biology, I ventured into entrepreneurship for the first by co-founding the outdoor adventure company - Arizona Outback Adventures. We entered a crowded marketplace and after 3 years were the leading hiking and mountain biking tour company in the state. We evolved from doing only day outings to multi-day adventures to Havasupai in the Grand Canyon. After Arizona Outback Adventures, I co-founded Morange Design. As with most design firms, we have went through the evolution of the design world; from primarily print when we started to primarily digital now. The one thing that has not changed over the evolution of Morange Design is our commitment to deliver design that balances great storytelling and engagement with effective business and brand requirements. Our clients at Morange Design include Harbor Freight Tools, Saban Brands (Power Rangers, Paul Frank and Digimon), Southern Clay Products and FOX Consumer Products. We also do a lot work with startups, organizations and scaling companies. Morange Design focuses on Strategy, Design and UX, Social Media & Content and Technology Integration. On a personal note, I am a passionate advocate for entrepreneurs and currently serve as the Board Chair of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network. I love to connect the ideas and dots between entrepreneurs, support organizations, universities and diverse industry verticals. I'm also always up to brainstorm those ideas over a coffee or adult beverage.
