• Play the role of “chief customer advocate” and “front man” acting as the public face of Volley and voice of its users• Manage all Volley-hosted communities— supporting, engaging, and educating users through asynchronous video messages, resulting in a 6x growth in space members YoY• Created a knowledge base of 90+ support articles and instructional/demo videos (with more added weekly)• Develop and manage social/community content programs, including expert AMAs (Ask Me Anything), user spotlights, product launches, new feature announcements, tutorials, and more.• Responsible for user activation and retention— leveraging multi-channel onboarding and activation campaigns and just-in-time education driven by in-app behavior• Conduct usability tests and discovery interviews, leading to the refinement of customer profiles/segments, UX/UI improvements, new feature development, and GTM strategy

• Established and maintained a video editorial process that allowed us to script, film, edit, and publish 2-3 highly produced videos to YouTube every week (totaling over 300 videos).• Recruited and coached subject matter experts, handling all script development, production, post-production management, and YouTube optimization and publication.• Managed a team of external editors and coordinated with internal editorial and social teams to ensure all videos had a consistent value and voice while ensuring alignment with the company-wide content calendar.• Developed and executed a data-driven YouTube strategy, taking a stagnant channel from 28K to nearly 100K* subscribers and 300K+ monthly views in one year, without the assistance of paid ads. *200K at the time of my departure

• Oversaw all internal and external marketing communications, developing enrollmentand marketing systems which included social media, email, web, and content production.• Established a unified project management system for administrative staff and led the rollout of Hubspot’s marketing/sales CRM, which included the development of customer profiles, prospective nurture campaigns, and donor/parent communications.

Operated all on-screen graphics for large events, student gatherings, and weekly chapel services.
