I am 29 years old and "Continuous Improvment"​ is my middle name(actually, its Allen). Leadership, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Production/Manufacturing, and Warehouse process Improvement is my area of expertise and what I have to offer as far as being a contributing asset to any team. -Began my career at entry-level production on the assembly line. -Cross trained in Supply Chain management and 3PL. -Developed new processes for Toyota and their 3PL shipping of Automotive information technology goods. -I'm former Supervisor of a Q1,TS0 certified Shipping Department. - One of the largest growing Wholesale Foods distributors on the east coast (Lipari Foods) utilized me as a trainer for all new hires (8-10 individuals wkly). I was responsible for teaching/enforcing process, showing how to utilize tools given for the job.-Was a production operator at Chrysler where I was the material handler for one of the production lines.
