Procurement professional with 7+ years of experience in four procurement categories: Contact Manufacturing, Capital Equipment, Logistics, and R&D. I started my career as a Procurement Co-op at Monsanto Company supporting logistics procurement, specifically over-the-road (truckload, LTL, & intermodal) transportation RFP’s across North America (US, Canada, & Mexico). After my Co-op, I was hired on as a Procurement Buyer supporting both Logistics and R&D procurement. In this role, I held responsibilities for RFP sourcing activities for Logistics, but also managed an R&D purchasing group for lab equipment over $25K. In February of 2020, I accepted a Regional Procurement Manager role for Equipment with contract, supplier, and stakeholder management responsibilities for North America. The category represented over $100M in yearly spend across all three Bayer divisions: Crop Science, Pharmaceuticals, and Consumer Health. Most recently (April of 2022), I joined the Consumer Health Product Supply Procurement organization as a Regional Procurement Manager for Finished Goods. In this role I have held both category and supplier management responsibilities for contract manufacturing of consumer products across Bayer’s Digestive Health and Allergy & Cold portfolios. I have greatly enjoyed my experiences in procurement that have allowed me to express my competitive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
