I was previously employed by Mentzendorff as a Demand Planner. Mentzendorff is a wine and spirits agency business, managing both sales distribution to all “B2B”trade channels, brand marketing to the consumer and trade throughout the UK. Within this role, I am responsible for the demand planning for an international portfolio of 39 individual brands spanning across 10 different countries.My specific responsibilities include:- Ensuring optimal stock levels across our current range as well as actively manage NPD launches from a demand perspective- Analysing historical sales data, customer/market trends, along with external factors todevelop accurate short and long range demand forecasts- Working closely with the sales, marketing and brand teams to gather critical information to enhance forecast accuracy- Developing/Running business critical reports (e.g. Building a slow moving stock report as well as a forecast accuracy report from scratch) as well as the processes surrounding them- Ensuring the alignment of our stock planning to key campaign dates, communicating well and in advance any changes / risks to order delivery dates to the Brand and Sales Managers andensuring finance are informed of high value loads for cash flow and insurance purposes.- Maintaining as well as refining forecasting models and methods to improve accuracy over time.- Communication with our 3PL warehouse, building strong relationships withthe management, Goods In, Stock and Bond Teams, including contributing to theprioritisation of orders in accordance to business requirements, stock management andcapacity planning.

After a rotation into imports supply planning I have moved back to the food service demand planning team. Currently managing RFS baking for the direct to store network as well as loaf, non-loaf, ingredients and in home baking for our DC network. My responsibilities include:- Forecast responsibility for RFS G144 DC distribution network as well as RFS G610 Baking direct to store delivery network- Driving logistical efficiencies - Driving forecast accuracy - Ad Hoc RFS forecast adjustments (SAP APO/IBP) - AFO reports- Biweekly STO's from various DC's across Australia- Monthly forecast reviews with national, state and category sales heads- Running Exposure, MLOR, DIFOT, as well as ad hoc analysis reports- Investigating missed deliveries as well as the root cause for said miss - Active forecast management - Relevant project work - Data cleansing and analysis- New product exposure analysis and forecasting - Supporting senior planners with ad hoc tasks- Supporting business projects from a demand perspective-Ad hoc information requests from the broader team

As a supply coordinator in the imports team my responsibilities include:- Managing a portfolio of suppliers across multiple continents- Placing, monitoring and amending PO’s as needed - Tracking supply outlook for numerous SKU’s- Data analysis - Performing GR’s as well as processing shipping documents - Tracking shipments in transit- Bridging the gap between supplier and logistics carriers - Ad hoc information requests from broader team- Supporting and working collaboratively with the broader planning team - Looking to create new efficiency’s - Ensuring baking sites are never short supplied - Monitoring and working to minimise risk of exposure - Supporting various business projects

As a floor/duty manager at Dan Murphy's Double Bay my responsibilities include, closing the store, warehouse management, stock replenishment, running of the nightly load, organisation of staff tasking, the training of new staff, supervising checkout/floor staff, customer/rep interactions, data analysis, problem resolution/complaints handling, accounting for all of the money in store each night as well as getting the store ready for the next day of trading. This role provides the opportunity to utilise staff according to their individual strengths, the ability to liaise with upper management as well as to personally interact with our customers.

I began my time at Dan Murphy’s Double Bay as a Customer Service Assistant. As this location is considered the Australian “flagship” store, responsible for tens of millions of dollars in revenue each year, emphasis is placed upon providing a premium customer experience as well as the ability to effectively problem solve. This position has included a broad range of duties and responsibilities such as online order fulfilment, direct customer interaction, the sale of high tier products, membership acquisition, in-store events, problem resolution, manual handling as well as the ability to recommend and further discuss said products.

Whilst working at Aerotek my position was that of a candidate manager. This role provided a great deal of insight into not only the operation of the recruitment industry but also that of the construction, water treatment and solar industries. The predominant projects that I worked to support throughout this period involved the placement of multiple solar maintenance technicians right across Australia. The responsibilities of this role included the sourcing of resources for multinational corporations, proactive sourcing for future roles, interviewing potential candidates (both on the phone as well as face to face), conducting reference checks, document sourcing, supporting other members of my team as well as various client interactions. Each of which was usually conducted with consideration of high KPI's as well as the industry generic need to operate to a deadline.

As a direct sales and marketing agent I have developed a diverse range of interpersonal communication and sales skills. Additionally, as a mentor within the company I have the responsibility of training new individuals as well as the management of a dynamic sales team.

During the University breaks I work as a casual bar tender. This has provided me with experience in running the bar as well as the gaming area.

I have been employed as a youth basketball coach within the opens division; this places upon me the responsibility of not only coaching but also ensuring the wellbeing of the students. This included organisation of both training sessions as well as travel to and from venues.
