I am the owner of ONVA, a consulting firm specializing in production support for the watch industry.ONVA was founded during a period of rapid growth in the watch market, where an influx of new brands has emerged. These "microbrands" and mid-sized companies face distinct challenges as they scale, and ONVA is here to guide them through that process. These brands are vital to the industry, bringing innovation and variety to the market and attracting buyers across all segments. Their success is crucial to maintaining a dynamic, thriving watch ecosystem.At ONVA, we offer tailored solutions that strengthen brand identity, enhance reputation, and drive sales growth. Our services include designing production quality control systems, managing warranty and after-sales service, new product proofing, creating detailed defective movement reports and repairs, as well as on-site technician training. Each service is designed to support each brand's long-term success and growth.As a certified watchmaker, I personally oversee ONVA’s operations, ensuring we deliver world-class consulting services. My role is to develop our offerings, work closely with clients, and create meaningful impacts that help watch brands thrive in today’s competitive market.

I am responsible for overseeing all workshop operations from repair estimate preparation to final quality controls. General operations include: estimate preparation, case and movement disassembly and diagnosis, cleaning of components, spare parts management, refinishing of cases and bracelets, intermediate quality controls, movement assembly, case assembly, pressure testing, dialing and casing, timing adjustments, and troubleshooting.Not only is the Head Watchmaker a watchmaker, but this role requires management skills to guarantee overall production efficiency of the workshop and its employees. My role is to ensure that we adhere to all quality standards expected by our supporting brands and our own philosophy of excellence.
