As a CRM I am responsible for the relationship between BFS and its relations. It is my goal to optimally fulfill the customer's needs. Since every relationship requires customization, we monitor this on a frequent basis through customer visits, telephone contact and internal reviews. The goal is to anticipate possible issues and to focus on a long-term, transparent cooperation. In addition to maintaining contact with our clients, I am responsible for preparing requests such as a new facility, contract negotiations, annual reviews or the increase of a current account credit.

I joined Bibby Financial Services in July 2016. BFS is a global Business to Business finance company. In a nutshell, we relieve SMEs of their debtor management needs, provide security through credit insurance and free up working capital / liquidity by advancing invoices up to 90% of invoice value, this within 24H of the performance delivered. In my first period at BFS I have been able to develop myself both personally and professionally. During this period I am responsible for a fixed portfolio of 20+ customers with 1000+ debtors. Important activities are optimal financing, debtor management, risk analysis, credit insurance management and processing financial data. The first two years have gone by very quickly, never a long day and every week brings new challenges. Factoring is a constantly moving business, has unprecedented potential and still has a sea of possibilities - in which I feel like a fish in the water.
