The website is an independent online platform which creates and contains relevant content for young HR professionals. The mission of the blog correlates with the mission of the NVP young professionals: "Building bridges between theory and practice and to be an obvious starting point for the development of young professionals interested in HR ". The formal owner of the blog is the NVP.
