As a tutor, I led students to develop necessary skills to succeed in classes and help develop plans and exercises to help the further development of skills. I also communicated closely with students and teacher to find the best ways to help them.

In this role I worked with administration to organize and manage the tutor system for the University. I also provided training to new and returning tutors to further help their development by observed working tutors and provided active feedback.

While working with the Paideia Theater Tech Crew, I held leadership positions as Student Sound Engineer and Assistant Electrical Engineer. In these jobs, I designed sound setup and operated soundboard for school productions along with assisting in any electrical jobs around the stage. I also worked as a spotlight operator, built sets, and acted as a stagehand.

While interning at Habitat for Humanity, I restocked shelves, sorted items, unloaded new shipments, and answered customer questions as well as assisting customers with product selection.
