I am currently working at Concentrix under the Telstra contract to provide a assistance for medium end enterprise customers with assistance for faults on there service and orders. I have recently expanded my duties to include Billing requests and admin updates.I undergone a 12 week unpaid internship with Programmed Facility Management where I assisted in the creation and development of a policy and a risk management system.I have completed a Commerce (Law) degree at Federation University and am hoping to do a Juris Doctor in the near future.I have also worked at the University as a Mentor. As a mentor it was my job to help new students get acquainted into University life and answer any questions they may of had.I recently started a small business selling fudge at local markets around Ballarat. This has allowed me to gain experience in managing supply chains, building sturdy relations with wholesalers and other stakeholders.I am currently looking for a job where I can use the skills I have obtained.
