The responsibilities focused both on operational and strategic work in relation to the learning and development. Much of my focus is towards creating a learning culture through various methods such as production of learning material as well as collaboration with stakeholders at every level of the company. I own and develop multiple processes in this role (onboarding & Training business processes) and have supported many other processes through creating educational content. In addition to this work, I also am administrator for multiple tools and platforms and have worked closely with the topic of employee engagement and other people related topics as part of the People & Growth's team problem space. In terms of facilitation I have regularly presented learning content to large classroom groups and feel confident with this aspect of the role.In addition to being a member of the People Onboarding team I’ve also been a direct manager for multiple reports supporting them with their development and growth in the promotion process as well as handling difficult managerial conversations in relation to HR topics. A Key user is a point of contact for improvement projects within customer service. The role involved me writing various routines and guidelines on errand handling with a focus on ensuring that our processes were compliant and efficient.

When I started this role I was solely responsible for the 2nd line responsibility of handling customer service errands and improvement projects for Klarna’s UK market. This role also gave me multiple opportunities to undertake business trips to assess the performance of the 1st line support.
