• Rebuild including reconfiguration of seating plan to drawing, build, fit and align new floor, fill and sand floor, cut in and lay lino, fit and align new grab pole arrangements, refit heaters, heater grills, header.
• All these tasks have to be done to a certain standard and specification and then signed off in the handover book
