Mattress Warehouse Direct is a Mattress and Furniture Wholesaler Located in Stevens Point, Wausau, and Portage WI. They are a B-B and a B-C wholesaler with a focus on customer satisfaction and keeping prices 50-80% Less than other retail stores by keeping a lower overhead and selling all products at a warehouse instead of a retail store. My Duties as Regional Manager during the past 2 summers included the startup of the second and third locations in Wausau (Boxdrop Mattress Direct-2017) and Portage (Portage Mattress Direct-2018) and all tasks included.My duties currently as Regional Manager include the following: Banking, Accounting, Training, Social Media Advertising, Sales, Facility Design, Database Development, Human Resources, and Sales Forecasting. Lastly, as a regional manager, my duties also helped create clear communication paths from the CEO to the employees to offer better execution of all transitions of product and development of any new projects that arose.

A Resident Assistant (RA) is facilitates the social, academic, and personal adjustment of students to the residence hall and University. ... The RA serves as a positive role model to residents and peer staff members. The RA enforces the rules and policies of Residence Life, Housing and Dining Services and the University. As an RA, I was In charge of 32 students (29 Freshman) in assisting in the transition from High School into College life and obtained a 97% retention rate in college for the students in my wing for the the 2015-2016 school year. I was also in charge of the development and facilitation of educational & social programs to promote respectful interaction between the students on and off campus. The other Duties required was 24 hour on-call assistance including crisis intervention when necessary.
