• Worked with brand/clients including BCLC, Trident Gum, Ivanhoe Cambridge, BC Provincial Government• Executed experiential marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients• Interviewed, hired and trained employees for all my programs • Created training programs for all my campaigns• Managed teams across Canada as large as 50 employees• Created weekly reports for clients that included metrics, consumer feedback and our internal process improvements that were being implemented• Planned, prepared and executed two conferences on behalf of the BC Provincial Government

Responsibilities:• Handle clients’ money, give them financial advice and act as the ‘face’ of RBC Accomplishments:• Nominated Student of the Summer by manager• Achieved ‘perfect 10s’ score on 9 different occasions, the most of any employee at my branch • Completed RBC’s six-week long training program which included ethics, financial tools, and customer service workshops• Chosen by coworkers to represent the branch and compete in RBC Quick Pitch Competition

• Faciliatated hour long business presentations to various groups including university students, business groups and government delegations• Led harbor tours of the Burrard Inlet as well as walkway tours around Canada Place• Represented the Port at community events in 16 municipalities around Vancouver• Maintained office tasks and coordinated the Community Relations Staff’s attendance at community events• Created content for the Port of Vancouver’s Facebook and Twitter pages• Managed and supervised 15 high school student volunteers
