Manage inbound calls from both Chase approved appraisers, and Chase loan officers and loan processors. Throughout these calls from either or both parties it was my task to facilitate the appraisal process for the property in question. It was paramount that I/we on the team operated within HVCC guidelines, and remain a constant 3rd party source of information between the approved appraisers and the lenders. Outbound calls to appraisers or lenders functioned in much the same manor; usually done for lagging or delinquent appraisal properties to more swiftly expedite the process.
