Key roles include;- Coordinate project correspondence between Project managers, Site foremen, subcontractors, supplier and clients.-Assist Project managers/Construction managers with tender bid preparation and project submissions.-Assist Project managers with Project Progress claims, project variations, Request for information, subcontractor contract adjustments, Organise materials and trades in conjunction with Project managers and site mangers.- Document control, registration and distribution of project drawings and schedules.

key roles Include;-Assist Project manager with Construction program development.-Ensure that construction program is adhered to throughout construction phase and adjust for any issues.-Allocate work to employees on a daily basis to ensure works are being completed on time In accordance with the program.- Ensure that employees times were entered into the computer system (Donseed) and were broken down into work areas and cost coded, to allow for budget adjustments and control.-Liaise with clients, Architects, consultants and subcontractors.-Manage subcontractors dates, times, materials.-Implement and monitor OH&S practices.
