I am an outgoing individual who is well mannered and easy going. I always have the attitude to go above and beyond for anyone I work with. I pride myself in being polite, loyal and I feel I have been a valuable asset to any team I have worked in. My enthusiasm and excellent team player skills have been gained through prolonged exposure to working within high pressured environments. I am self-motivated, reliable and determined to succeed in whatever I do. I work well both on my own or as part of a team. Following in my dads footsteps, the catering industry has been something I wanted to do since a kid , I have worked in various pubs and restaurants both part time and full time as a chef where I have had to work as part of a team, under constant pressure and continuously striving for 100% right first time in high pressured environments. I really enjoy working with food and preparing it to the highest standard possible whilst working efficiently and within time limits. I am looking for the opportunity to become a full time chef and expand my knowledge and experience with the catering industry.
