* Manage client relationships through providing performance report analysis, insight, and advice; quarterly and annual calls to review business strategy; sales tool for lead generation; and training clients’ new hires on Fortigent’s systems* Act as a single point of contact for clients, assisting them with their day-to-day needs* Generate projects based on clients’ requests and manage them across internal departments * Develop excel worksheets to enhance the user interface of Fortigent’s asset allocation and proposal systems* Analyze portfolio and account data and perform assurance checks to ensure accuracy
