In order to successfully achieve this involved extensive consultation with executive managers, liaising with software developers and conducting sustained, comprehensive staff training programs. Additionally I regularly performed all-encompassing customer presentations detailing the projects applications and benefits, effectively promoting the product for customer engagement. My conversion rate from customer tender to full engagement from these presentations was extremely high. Show less
