- Manage Head of Sales to ensuring Sales Team to meet the agreed targets- Manage the Analyst Team to review the Sales Team result and bring the result to CEO to determine the best strategy for Sales Team- Manage the other Operations Team such as Head of Customer Service, Head of Admin Operations, and Head of Quality Assurance- Coordinate with Partnership Team to discuss the performance result of each products- Discuss with CEO and Partnership Team to find new opportunity from new partner and evaluate existing partner- Report overall performance Cekaja to CEO and other Group Management via weekly meeting

- Lead and implement various strategic planning processes across the organization, provide department leaders with strategic company plan to prepare them for upcoming meetings or presentations- Coordinate with all departments leaders to keep all running projects well managed- Support CEO who delegates certain tasks and responsibilities to the Chief of Staff- Manage weekly management and monthly townhall meeting

- Manage the Media on and Mediation Support team- Lead and develop the Mediation team in handling debt negotiation and consolidation to the lender and get the best negotiation result- Train the team on handling debt collectors, including answer phone, meeting with collectors, reply message or email- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders- Supervise the client’s debt management analysis and repayment plan

- Represent client to discuss with lender and negotiate client’s outstanding debt to get the best negotiation result- Communicate and advise client regarding the negotiation result - Maintain communication and relationship with lender

- Receive inbound calls including sales leads and calls from current and potential client- Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads, explain the benefit of amalan’s services and persuade potential clients to complete and submit an application- Communicate with clients in writing. Prepare standard documents to sign up clients based on amalan templates- Answer questions about our service and the company to sales lead and provide status updates to existing clients. Ensure clients understanding and satisfaction- Assist clients with any problems experienced with the service and inform the appropriate team member to find a solution- Update into client database after each client contacted
