• Organize and implement program activities (e.g. educational events, training and evaluation of standardized patients, standardized patient recruitment/interviews, orientation, schedules, etc.). • Organize and conduct simulation scenarios, procedural skill techniques and event activities in conjunction with course directors, teaching faculty and/or course coordinators. Assist faculty in evaluating student learning and adjust event/case designs accordingly.• Collect, analyze, and disseminate evaluation data.• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain users, scenarios, checklists, reports and/or data in the simulation management software / program.• Coordinate the OSCE management process.• Design and create brochures, flyers, handbooks and other educational materials.• Serve as a liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, outside institutions and national organizations. • Maintain database(s) to track, schedule and record activities related to the institution, program(s), standardized patients and/or learners.
