The role included interviewing clients for wills, powers of attorney, family provision claims, and applying for Grants of Representation in the ACT, NSW, and QLD. Additionally the property side of the role included reviewing ACT contracts, negotiating terms, and completing settlement. Practice management was carried out via actionstep.

Responsibilities include: liaising with clients, formal correspondence and advice with clients regarding estate planning, estate administration, and conveyancing matters. My main focus is in estate planning and administration.Estate administration includes advising clients on where to apply for grants of probate or letters of administration, potential conflicts in the law between NSW and ACT, and applying for various grants to be resealed. This also encompasses superannuation correspondence.Estate planning includes taking client instructions, drafting of documents for both NSW and ACT, and providing advising where family provision claims or other challenges may emerge, and the best ways to attempt to mitigate these risks.

Responsible for assisting with and running my own conveyancing files, including contract advice, settlement adjustments, and post-settlement disputes. In the estates space, responsible for drafting estate planning documents, and drafting probate application documents.

Responsibilities included customer interaction, liaising with NSW/ACT's Regional Manager, store and sales administration, stocktake duties, on-the-fly problem solving, and training of new staff.
