In addition to the concrete placement I supervised all dry finish and waterproofing activities on the pontoons which involved a crew of roughly 20 cement masons at a given time.

While there I managed several subcontractors including but not limited to Long Painting, Cosco Fire Protection, and Pacific Glass. In addition to monitoring subs I was also responsible for the planning and supervision of setting architectural precast concrete panels and a large portion of the project punch list required to achieve substantial completion.

Field EngineerKiewit Bridge & Marine Mar 2011 - Jul 2011The Lewiston Alternative Transportation Project's objective was to modify 33 "modules" destined for the Kearl Oil Sands site roughly 40 miles north of Fort McMurray in Alberta, Canada. Due to the size of these modules it was necessary to disassemble them at the Port of Lewiston to make their journey north via road. As a field engineer I was responsible for the planning of structural steel modifications and the tracking of all material removed from the modules to be reassembled in Canada. The project started with a planned duration of 8-10 months but was accelerated with the clients request and was completed in roughly 5 months.
