Developed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for undergraduate and graduate issuance policies. With that, coordinated and advanced SOP for Transfer Credit Evaluation Process of International Admissions Office. I thoughtfully administered and coached global admission liaisons staff, administrative support staff, and office assistants.
