Current-Managing team wellbeing, development, technical reviews, implementing workflow changes, managing and communicating risk.-Pit and surface structural mapping, data reconciliation and QAQC, reporting, database storage and presenting findings-Structural analysis synthesis in GIS platforms of structural framework for multiple deposits utilizing orientation, geochemical and geophysical datasets-Geological modelling for geotechnical stability assessments in Vulcan and Leapfrog Geo-Coaching and mentoring of geologists on structural geology within the Structural Geology team and wider business-Influencing other geoscience streams for enhanced consideration for structural geology and geotechnical implications-Identification of additional ore and optimization opportunities for mine planning-Improvement projects of workflows including digital mapping using UAV and photogrammetry data-Drillhole planning to de-risk geological models in accordance with the D3 Standard -Built and maintain strong, trusting connections with key stakeholders across disciplines including Design Geotech, MTS Geotech, Assurance Geotech, Resource Development, Mine Geology, Reconcilliation, Geological Modelling Group, Survey, OBKPP
