MSC Advisors, LLC. is a Florida based corporation engaged in consultation with foreign attorneys, concerning the rights clients may have in the U.S. as the result of injuries sustained in the workplace. Unlike the Law Offices of Mitchell S. Cohen, this corporation does not engage in the practice of law. It exists for the benefit of attorneys hoping to maximize recovery, on behalf of their clients based outside the United States, by providing unique insights into how the legal system in this country may affect them and potentially impact on their clients.

Currently representing both American citizens and foreign nationals who have been injured by exposure to various toxic agents in the workplace.

I was responsible for trial of cases involving complex litigation issues due to exposure of our clients to various toxic materials, both domestically and overseas

I was responsible for representing clients alleged to have committed so-called "white collar crimes", due to my experience as a federal prosecutor and division chief for the Special Prosecutions Division and member of the White Collar Crimes Unit of the U.S. Attorneys Offices in the Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division and Eastern District of Pennsylvania. I was then charged by the firm with representation of clients who were injured as a result of having been exposed to various toxic materials in the workplace. I continued this representation during most of my tenure at the firm, until I opened my own practice in 1988. This was just prior to being invited to become a partner at the predecessor firm to Locks Law Firm (Greitzer and Locks) in 1990.
