As a Recruiting Manager and Sr. Technical Recruiter, I have experience with leading and growing a team of talented recruiters who provide contingent and direct hire staffing solutions to clients in the public and private sectors. With 7 years of experience in the staffing industry, I have developed a strong expertise in IT and cyber security recruiting, as well as a passion for helping small businesses and military veterans succeed in the workforce.I am responsible for overseeing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, to negotiating and closing offers, to maintaining and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
