· Execution of marketing responsibilities on major event weekends (Including car shows ranging from 300 – 1000 cars) - i.e. pre-race ceremonies, autograph signings, fan walk, winners circle, car corrals. · Coordinator of Lime Rock Parks digital presence managing www.limerock.com along with five social media accounts accounting for over 50,000 followers. · Write fan email blasts that are sent out to 50,000+ emails on a weekly basis along with various targeted emails to specific groups.· Build relationships with car club network- over 110 clubs are currently in the database accounting for 20,000+ car club members in the North East. Manage the car club presence in corrals on event weekends. Five – 10 corrals per event ranging from 20 – 225 cars per corral.· Point of contact marketing initiatives for all racing series including SRO, Trans Am, SVRA, VSCCA, and IMSA.· Overhaul off-site marketing events, approximately eight per year ranging from car shows to trade shows.· Administrator of Lime Rock Park internship program by coordinating the hiring and scheduling of two season long interns and six – eight event specific interns
