A sales and customer service professional with experience in a number of industries including fitness, health and wellbeing. Responsible for managing accounts and sales, working to targets and KPIs. Within this role I completed certificates in Customer Contact and consistently exceeded targets. The role required customer service both face to face and over the phone. Additionally, I handled computer based technical enquiries, managed the outbound customer service email box and worked both independently and as an effective team member.

Main responsibilities required setting appointments with potential members to get them to join. The role required cold calling, proactive follow up on leads, end to end sales including closing the sale by converting leads to memberships. Challenging KPIs were in place, which I met consistently. Team work was a key element including liaison with management.
