My role as the Operations Project Coordinator is to help identify potential standard operating procedure systems and taxonomies and present the options to the Operations Manager. Collaborating with the Operations Manager I help update the standard operating procedures for ASHF's operations utilizing the chosen SOP system. I create binders and upload .pdf copies of SOPs for each program to the relevant information storage systems. Moreover, I assist in establishing schedules and step-by-step processes for SOP maintenance and annual review. I review current Operations processes (including transportation, front desk/security, inventory) and make recommendations on how to increase efficiency. When training is necessary, I help design training and educational material for staff regarding new operational processes.

As a versatile front desk clerk, I was not only responsible for welcoming guests and managing bookings but also had a keen eye for maintenance issues, and was adept at working with children, ensuring their safety and providing a positive experience. My wide range of skills made me an asset to the organization.
