I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environment Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Management from University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated with my Master of Construction Business degree from the University of Oklahoma.I work as an Assistant Project Manager for JP Cullen. I started my career with JPC in commercial construction and transferred to their Industrial Division in 2019 where I work primarily with industrial food and beverage clients. I perform tasks such as Revit design, oversee design management, material procurement, buyout, write and issue subcontracts, formulate and issue change orders, RFI's, and submittals, and manage day-to-day safety, resource allocation, scheduling, and cost tracking throughout the construction phase. I pride myself on my work ethic and detail-oriented drive to successfully lead difficult projects for the betterment of our clients and the friends, family, and coworkers that reside in the community and use the products our clients manufacture. I look for ways to improve construction and delivery a better-quality product. I utilize tools like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Destini, Bluebeam, Excel, and others in my day-to-day role. I travel well over half of the year for onsite support in coordination with superintendents, foremen, project managers, trade partners, safety specialists, clients, CM firms, A/E Firms, etc. I serve as the President of the JP Cullen Young Leaders Group, and I am responsible for the overall coordination and functionality of the group comprised of 70+ members that have been with the company 5 years or less. We hold quarterly in person meetings and actively participate in the community through multiple volunteering efforts. Within the group, we strive to train, develop, mentor, and cultivate relationships as young professionals to be better both collectively and as individuals in and out of the workplace. As President of the group, I serve as a representative at the corporate strategic planning meetings each year and collaborate with upper management to develop the company goals and objectives for the upcoming year.
