As a Client Success Manager I am focused on understanding the needs and obligations in the relationships with Midco's wholesale clients. Additionally I work to ensure that our relationship that is free of friction, partnering internally and externally to meet that goal.I also serve as a point of escalation. As the role of a SME for the clients, as well as connecting internal and external stakeholders, collaborating, and bringing in the right people and resources to provide a good experience for the client.

I lead a team of dedicated client service professionals that are responsible for many aspects of the client relationship at Midco. It's through the proper care of the relationship that we can build a positive partnership with our clients and ensure that we are delivering the highest quality client experience. We are responsible for successfully supporting all of Midco's business class services. Including RF delivered video, data, phone and fiber delivered services for internet, private data, SIP, T1, and Midco's managed products.

My primary responsibilities were as a project manager and main point of contact for Midco's wholesale and carrier client base.Additionally, I acted as a subject matter expert for these relationships as well as the contractual expectations and obligations that Midco had with these clients. I produced documentation to support internal knowledge of the relationship, its facets, contacts, and requirements.I facilitated the successful fulfillment of new orders and assisted in performing circuit verification during test and turn up.This role was also an enhancement to my role as an Escalation Response Technician. I continued to be a subject matter expert for Midco's advanced business services acting as a point of escalation for clients, team members, and other departments.

Acted as front line support and worked directly with clients that utilize Midco's advanced business services. This includes T1 and SIP trunking, fiber delivered internet and private ethernet services.The primary focus of this role to receive client communications about service impairment or outages then investigate and resolve or work with any of Midco's technology groups to coordinate resolution.Additional functions included account management functions for the client as well as being a source of relationship information for Midco's internal teams. Ensuring that all parties at Midco were informed of client impacting events should they be prolonged or critical for that client.

I was responsible for the installation of fiber optic cabling under a variety of conditions, direct burial and manhole systems predominantly. I also was responsible for wiring buildings for various military networks using cat 5/6 technology.I was also the leader of a team and responsible for training soldiers in the technologies and skills that were necessary to accomplish the task as well as preparing their leadership with the same skill sets but also giving them the project lead competency and tools to handle jobs on their own.
