Managed all aspects of the high-profile RFID shoe scan process.Assisted VP General Counsel on some legal projects involving litigation and contracts. As part of new store responsibilities, read through negotiated leases to understand Lord and Taylor's rights, duties and obligations.NEW STORE PROJECT IMPACT: Engaged in aspects of risk management, contract negotiation, expense tracking, and procurement.  Led the successful opening of two store locations by maintaining onsite managerial presence from store turnover to store grand opening. Managed a 100 person team on-site. RFID PROJECT IMPACT: Executed negotiation, logistics, training, and implementation of RFID technology. Implemented an RFID shoe scan process that increased efficiency, generated 75% labor time savings, and led to a 2% increase in annual sales growth or about $2 million in sales. Recognized for negotiating a 50% reduction with one of the foremost label vendors in the US. Developed training materials, lectures, and presentations. Trained lecturers, store managers, and teams on the new technology and coordinated rollouts. Completed the project within budget in less than 1 year.  Featured in a published case study by Motorola for work on the Lord & Taylor RFID partnership project.
