● Served as a liaison to Cal’s administrative departments to ensure follow through in video production, compliance, payroll, IT, Video/Graphic Department, Football Video and Recruiting● Managed the scouting operation of opponents, including analytical scouting reports, video production, strategy and forecasting ● Successfully managed 100’s of Cal Basketball recruiting prospect profiles at one time● Led a team of Video Coordinators, Graduate Assistants and Interns to effectively document all recruiting and team content ● Managed the recruiting database, mailers, videos, and presentations for official and unofficial visits● Planned student athlete prospect recruiting schedules to ensure visibility of top talent amongst elite coaching staff

● Took on the challenge of learning all video skills and successfully managed all technology operations for the program● Was responsible for breaking down all games, practices, and workouts, as well as providing analysis and statistics● Coordinated all video activities with Pac-12, and opposing team’s Video Coordinators, including all film exchange

● Assisted Video Coordinator and Director of Operations with numerous tasks and projects, such as planning for Maui Invitational trip and other travel, as well as helping filming and editing practices and games● Worked with coaches on recruiting, including mailers, PowerPoints, statistical analysis, and other relevant duties as assigned● Assisted coaching staff with day to day operations of instructional summer camps

● Oversaw various administrative tasks/projects for Cal camps, assistant coaches and directors of 20 different teams● Completed travel expense reports, purchase requests, mail merges, shipping forms, and other business documents● Assisted the Deputy Director of Athletics with “High Performance Center Branding” project, leading to the new facility being branded with assorted Cal logos, script, designs, pictures, etc.● Helped with the organization and operation of the Women’s Softball NCAA Super Regional event
