With well over a decade of experience in the construction industry, I have delivered numerous projects ranging up to $180 million for clients in Defence, Federal Government, and private sectors. In my current role at SHAPE, I focus on business growth strategies, client relationships, and ensuring satisfaction across these sectors.I prioritise people and relationship management, establishing strong communication processes for successful project outcomes. My expertise lies in client-side project management, where I have honed my skills in delivering quality results and exceeding expectations.I am proud to lead SHAPE Defence, our dedicated business unit for delivering capital works projects for the Australian Department of Defence and Defence Primes. Since 2011, we have become a trusted national partner known for safe delivery and high-quality work across all mainland states and territories. At SHAPE, safety, security, and system alignment are paramount.
