Their members are engaged in the design, development, manufacture and in-service support of aeronautical and space products and technologies, including related ground-based systems.I serve as the Senior Director of Strategy for ICCAIA and am responsible for representing the aersopace industries at ICAO. Today ICCAIA provides an avenue for the world’s aerospace manufacturers to offer their industry expertise to the development of the international standards and regulations necessary for the safety and security of air transport. Recognized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) with observer status, ICCAIA actively participates in the work of ICAO regarding the environment, air navigation and air transport matters. ICCAIA also interacts with such regulatory authorities as the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the United States’ Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Show less
