I am a friendly young male that has never been afraid of hard work, with three spoken languages (namely English, German and French), as well as the attention to detail I have acquired with experience, I count myself as an asset in Food and Beverage. Throughout my time in hospitality, I have found myself most confident at the Bar with as much responsibility as possible, adding onto my managerial desire in the industry. After 8 years of experience in different models of gastronomy; from light over-the- counter to mixology and formal table service, I still feel the constant need to improve my skillset. I hope to continue to expand my knowledge and ability, in order to ready myself for the next business opportunity that might present itself to me. From a background of diversified working experience, I like to believe that life has prepared me for people, more than jobs. I would like to venture further into and beyond hospitality, in order to please my yearning for remote work and change.
