Mitchell Grant brings a wealth of management consulting and project management experience. His past projects include a congress-mandated, classified, financial restructuring project for the United States Navy where he served as project manager. He worked with highest levels of the Navy to solve business issues and help implement solutions to problems that were found. Mitchell has in depth experience researching and analyzing naval balance sheet line items and creating PowerPoint presentations and reports comparing year over year financial activity that were given to the Secretary of the Navy and ultimately presented to Congress.Mitchell has advised a wide range of clients on strategic and change management decisions.
