Hi, my name is Mitchell Groves and I'm a current Senior accounting major at Miami University pursuing a bachelor's and masters degree in accountancy. I have spent the last several summers working at a small family business in the HVAC industry where I have learned the basics of shipping, inventory management, and reporting inventory.I'm also looking to connect with current and former students of the Farmer School of business to build up my connections for my professional career that will follow my time at Miami University. I am specifically looking to connect with Accounting majors or Miami grads currently working in the accounting industry.During my time at Miami University I have been fortunate to compete in the FYIC Client challenge for Key bank. I worked with a team of my peers to devise a solution to build customer satisfaction for Key Bank by improving the company website and app. I learned Microsoft office skills as well as an introduction to SQL while gathering data for this presentation.
