I have worked with power sections for 7 years. I have been part of several departments during my time. I started working for shipping as a stamper. I have done all shipping functions from loading to dispatching. I was then granted the opportunity to work for planning. I quickly became the lead planner. During my time in planning I was in charge of scheduling all new products through the shop for Rotors and Stators. I worked closely with the master scheduler to have all new products ready before they were placed on the master schedule for production. Currently I am the inventory specialist for MCE. I have been involved in planning the layout and rack for all inventory items at MCE. I have been involved in multiple Kaizen events to better our processes and lead several projects to improve inventory accuracy.
