Mitchell Hall is an audit and assurance manager of Squar, Milner, Peterson, Miranda & Williamson, LLP serving in the greater San Diego and Orange County areas. Mitchell completed a BBA in Accountancy at Florida State University and Master of Accountancy at the University of Tampa. His experience is concentrated in the areas of closely held, high growth and publicly traded companies within the manufacturing, information technology, and financial services industries.Mitchell has participated in numerous SEC reporting engagements and consults on various accounting and reporting issues related to SEC filings. Mitchell is a willing resource in SEC matters as well as many issues that often are prevalent with registrants but also impact growing private companies (e.g. hedging, share-based compensation, business combinations, intangibles/impairments and EPS). His career development has been greatly enhanced by serving a diversity of industries such as textile, bio-tech/medical manufacturing, workers compensation, sub-prime finance, engineering, and technical services.
