Led a high performing team of 5 direct reports and 9-11 indirect reports. Led continuous improvement initiatives on a team and department level, as well as engaged in organisation-wide projects around refreshing technologies, enterprise bargaining opportunities and how we best support victims of family violence as an employer and as a complaint handling body. Acted as the pilot team for remote working in late 2019, setting us up for an easy transition to working from home at the beginning of the pandemic. Led the team through a move to a satellite office to accommodate more facilities in the headquarters of the organisation, and effectively managed change through multiple crises, peak demand periods, and business initiatives. My proudest achievements are setting the team up for success through sustainable and futureproofed business processes, and giving team members the tools to move into more specialist opportunities as conciliators, investigators and Lead Investigators.

Seconded to the Systemic Investigations team for a period of 6 months, where I engaged with key external stakeholders, including service providers and industry regulators, to deliver positive outcomes to system-wide issues. Working alongside the Dispute Resolution Specialist managing the team, I assisted in reducing the number of active systemic investigations by more than 50% over the 6 month period.

- Organised the College of Law Negotiation Competition- Liaised with the College of Law, the Mooting Co-ordinator of Victoria Law School and several faculty members and practitioners- Continuously developed the 2014 competitions schedule for Victoria Law School- Organised the Dictum Moot and Senior Moot in Semester 1, 2014. The competitions were the largest internal mooting competitions ever held at Victoria University.
