My Solutions Plan Management is an NDIS registered plan management provider, specialising in efficient, intelligent and transparent funds management.We strive to empower people with disabilities to realise and achieve their goals and exercise choice and control in their lives.

I managed a business database in excess of 2000 clients that transferred funds internationally, working closely with them to manage their foreign exchange risk and exposure. I did this by creating individualised foreign exchange plans, keeping clients up-to-date on market movements and economic data, executing spot contracts and hedging where required with limit orders, time options, forward contracts, and stop-loss orders. I also provided market updates and insights internally for staff and worked closely with internal compliance, performing on-going due-diligence and payment monitoring.

I organised business accounts for clients who required foreign exchange. This included liaising with internal and external compliance, gathering appropriate documentation and information from the client and ASIC, to then build a case for the account approval under ASIC, AUSTRAC, and internal risk matrix guidelines.

I designed a pricing matrix as a tool for staff to utilise in maximising their revenue, providing them with instant calculations of multiple possible scenarios. In addition, I conducted an in-depth analysis internal data and of other foreign exchange companies and presented my findings to TorFX executives.

The role requires strict time management and prioritising of tasks. Daily duties include completing the budget book, tracking items sold, and calculating average dollar per customer. Further responsibilities include managing incoming calls, following up with co-workers regarding customer orders and providing feasible solutions to customer complaints.
